Shipping policy
Many of our products are made to order which is what allows us to offer a wide range of sizes and colours. Generally orders are dispatched within 2-5 business days but often much faster as we don't want to keep you waiting. If there are any delays we will make sure to inform you.
All orders are dispatched from the UK via your chosen delivery method. We ship quickly and cheaply internationally too!

Occassionally orders may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. Please contact us if your order appears to be delayed and we will be more than happy to track down where your order is and let you know of any next steps.
If you need to change your shipping address please contact us immediately. We cannot change your shipping address once dispatched.
If your order is not successfully delivered and is returned to sender you will be required to repay the shipping fee to have your order redispatched to you
We are not responsible for any customs or duties incurred. Please look up your local fees before ordering as it will be the customers responsibility to pay and clear packages through their local customs.
