OUR CARE POLICY:

We are well aware that many animals are often nervous and worried about the arrival of their groomer. It is our policy to make sure that your pet enjoys the presence of the groomer and this is done by making sure a bond is created before grooming begins. This way your pet can be groomed in a kind and caring manner.

WHY HAVE YOUR DOG GROOMED:

Your pets health is important and all breeds will benefit from a healthy, hygienic skin and coat, which will prove manageable between visits. Regular coat care will help reduce excess hair shedding and vacuuming.

WE COME TO YOU:

Our mobile service means we are able to groom your pet at your home, providing a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere for you and your pet. We carry a full grooming kit including shampoos, conditioners and towels along with our own grooming table.

Please note we have a policy of clearing away any hair or other mess created before we leave. A professional service is our aim at every appointment.

WHAT WE CAN PROVIDE:

Introductory Visits: Your pets introduction to the groomer. Ideal if you have a young dog or a particularly nervous one. We like to think that we can make our groomers your pets new best friend.

Regular Visits: These are determined according to the speed that your pets coat grows and any special requirements.

Special Visits: Should your pet require a one off treatment simply call us and we will be glad to help.
